摘要
针对超超临界压力锅炉高温再热器管用T91钢服役3×104 h后材质老化的现状,通过金属监督检查、割管全面性能试验、运行参数监控等一系列分析工作,全面掌握高温再热器T91材质管段性能水平和组织状态,并提出高温再热器出口管段改造方案,为超超临界机组高温受热面设计、制造及金属监督检查提供依据。
Aiming at the current situation that the T91 steel tubes employed by the high-temperature reheater of an ultra supercritical pressure boiler ages after serving for 3 ~ 104 hours, a series of analysis work has been carried out so as to obtain the properties and microstructures of the T91 reheater tubes, such as metal supervision and inspection, tube cutting for comprehensive property test, operation parameters supervision, and so on, and whereby a retrofit plan for the outlet section of the reheater tube is proposed, which provides basis for design, manufacturing and metal supervision and inspection of the high- temperature heating surface of ultra supercritical units.
