A detail introduction is being presented to the static and dynamic clearance checking process, the specific collision method of the HP, IP and LP casing, and the way to adjust the static and dynamic clearance, for the 1 000 MW steam turbine in Shanghai Shangdian Caojing Power Generation Co., Ltd., which may serve as a reference for casing collision test of similar steam turbines.
