海水脱硫系统取消烟气旁路的改造

摘要 针对海水脱硫系统取消旁路烟道的强制性要求,从烟气中油雾质量分数、海水升压泵设置及气-气加热器的运行等方面分析了对脱硫效率的影响,提出了具体的改造措施。运行实践表明:该方案的实施能保证机组稳定运行,脱硫效率有所提高,并达到设计要求。 Aiming at the compulsory requirement on canceling the bypass flue of seawater desulfurization system, influences of following factors on the desulfurization efficiency are analyzed from aspects such as the mass fraction of grease mist in flue gas, the setting of seawater booster pump, the operation of gas-gas heater, etc., to which specific retrofit measures are put forward. Running practice shows that the implementation of the retrofit scheme can guarantee stable operation of the unit and improve the desulfurization efficiency to a level reaching the design requirement.
