摘要
针对我国硬褐煤提质后难以成型的问题,进行了褐煤成型试验装置的研究。在闭式模具研究的基础上,进行了半开式模具及液压成型装置的探索研究,为提质后褐煤成型试验装置的设计提供思路。成型试验装置的各个参数均可调节,为以后的成型机理试验研究奠定基础,进而为提质后褐煤成型机的设计参数提供理论参考。
In view of difficult moulding of upgraded lignite, the test device for upgraded lignite moulding was studied. Based on studying closed molds, semi-open molds and hydraulic moulding device were stud- ied, which offered thin_kings for the design of test device for upgraded lignite moulding. Each parameter of moulding test device could be adjusted. The study laid foundation for further test study on moulding mecha- nism and offered theoretical reference for the determination of design parameters of upgraded lignite mould- ing machine.
