采用高压脉动水锤注水法防治采煤工作面粉尘 被引量:2

Dust control on colliery working face based on infusion with high pressure pulsating water hammer

摘要 为了解决低透气性煤层注水降尘难的问题,提出了一种新型煤层降尘方法——高压脉动水锤注水。该方法以水为载体,对煤层施加周期性的脉冲压力波,增裂并连通煤层原有孔隙,增加煤层有效孔隙,改善注水效果。现场试验表明,该方法可以克服传统注水方法流量逐渐降低的问题。对注水后的煤层采样发现,相比传统静压注水,其水分增量和湿润范围明显增大。经测定,采用高压脉动注水后,工作面粉尘量降低60%,有效地改善了井下工作环境。 To solve difficulty in infusion and dust control due to low penetrability of coal seams, a new method of dust control for coal seams, that was infusion with high pressure pulsating water hammer, was proposed. Periodic high pressure pulsating water waves acted on the coal seam, which led to fracture increase and connection with original coal seam pores, thus the effective porosity of the coal seam increased, and infusion effects improved. The in-situ test showed that compared with the traditional infusion method, the new method was conductive to increasing the water flow. The sample from the coal seam infused by the new method indicated that the water increment and the moisture range got higher than that by traditional static pressure infusion. After infusion with high pressure pulsating water hammer, the measured dust content on the working face decreased 60%, which effectively improved the working environment in the underground mines.
