石矿机制砂振动筛的筛分效率分析与优化

Analysis and optimization on sieving efficiency of vibrating screen in sand production line

摘要 针对新开元石矿精品砂生产线的振动筛筛分效率低、处理量小,不能满足生产要求的问题,研究分析了入料粒度、形貌和水分等主要特征,并基于多因素的选型模型,分析了原筛分设备效率低、能力小的主要原因,提出了解决方案。实践表明,等面积的琴弦振动筛振动强度大,筛孔自清理能力强,不堵孔,效率高,处理量大。 Due to poor sieving efficiency and low processing capacity of vibrating screens in fine sand produc- tion line in Xinkaiyuan Quarry, the production demands had not been satisfied. In the paper, after the size, shape and moisture of feedings being analyzed, the causes of poor efficiency and low production capacity of original sieving facilities were analyzed based on multi-factor selection model, and solutions were proposed. Practice showed that the string vibrating screen with equal area was characterized by large vibrative strength, high ef- ficiency and processing capacity and strong mesh self-cleaning capacity without plugging.
