S100A13和FGF-1的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 S100A13属于钙结合蛋白家族的成员。成纤维细胞生长因子1(FGF-1)不能通过经典的内质网-高尔基体途径释放。但FGF-1与S100A13可结合成多蛋白释放复合体,实现跨磷脂膜的出胞转运,而发挥其生物学作用。S100A13与FGF-1在肿瘤及心血管疾病中均有表达,在疾病的病理过程中有重要作用。 S100A13 is a member of calcium - binding protein family. FGF-1 cannot be released through the classi- cal endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi pathway. By combination of multiple protein release complex and realization of exocytosis transport transmembrane phospholipid membrane, FGF-1 and SIOOA13 play an important biological role. SIOOA13 and FGF-1 are expressed in tumor and cardiovascular diseases. It is important to study pathology of disease processes
