抗抑郁治疗对不同类型功能性消化不良患者的疗效观察

The effects of antidepressant therapy on different subtype patients with functional dyspepsia

目的观察抗抑郁药物黛力新对不同类型功能性消化不良患者的疗效。方法选择符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准、伴有焦虑抑郁状态的FD患者88例,将患者分为餐后不适综合征PDS和上腹疼痛综合征EPS两个类型,每一类型随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黛力新1片,2次/d,对照组进行常规治疗,疗程8周。用药前后对两个类型的FD患者症状积分和有效率进行评估。结果 PDS和EPS治疗组消化不良症状积分较治疗前明显下降,有效率明显提高,但在亚型之间无明显差别。结论对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的FD患者加用抗焦虑抑郁药治疗,效果优于常规治疗者,而且两种亚型均可应用。

Objective To observe the curative effects of antidepressants Deanxit on different subtype patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods According to the diagnostic standard of Rome III, ss patients with FD accompanied by anxiety and depression, were divided into PDS and EPS, then they were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The former was given routing medicine and Deanxit but the latter only used routing medicine for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment we will observe the chang of scores of dyspepsia symptom and the effective rate of symptom improve. Results Compared with before treatment, the scores of dyspepsia symptom decreased ,and the effective rate increased significantly in treatment group. But there were no significant differences between two subgroups in scores of symptom or effective rate. Conclusion Antidepressant drug can be administered to FD patients with anxiety and depression. It is more effective than the conventional therapy. It cound apply to indifferent subtype.
