行为疗法对慢性酒精中毒性精神障碍影响的临床效果观察

The clinical efficacy observation of behavior therapy on the impact of chronic alcoholism

目的评价行为疗法对慢性酒精中毒性精神障碍的临床疗效。方法 2007年1月～2011年1月,将在我科住院的精神障碍患者100例分为两组,研究组(n=50)给予奋乃静治疗,对照组(n=50)在此基础上进行行为治疗。观察两组患者的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分和临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前BPRS评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着治疗的进行,两组BPRS评分均有所下降,但研究组BPRS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为94%,对照组为84%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在药物治疗的基础上增加认知行为疗法治疗酒精性精神障碍患者疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the behavior therapy for chronic alcoholism. Methods From January 2007 to Jan- uary 2011, 100 cases of mental disorders in patients hospitalized in our department were divided into two groups, the study group （n = 50） given perphenazine in treatment and control group （n = 50） in this on the basis of behavioral therapy. Were observed in patients with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） scores and clinical efficacy. Results BPRS score between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. As the treatment progresses, the two sets of BPRS score decreased BPRS score of the study group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Research group, the total effeetiv rate was 94%, 84% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The increase in drug treatment based on cognitive behavioral therapy the better efficacy of the treatment of alcoholic patients with mental disorders, is worthy of clinical
