参附注射液对轻、中度创伤失血性休克患者凝血功能的影响

The effect of Shenfu Injection on coagulation function among traumatic patients in hemorrhagic shock

目的研究参附注射液对轻、中度创伤失血性休克患者凝血功能的影响。方法采用SPSS13.0统计学软件,回顾入选患者在急诊科的治疗方案,将纳入病例分为两组。其中治疗组15例,对照组30例。在急诊科诊疗过程中,治疗组采用液体复苏方案,并联合使用参附注射液;对照组仅采用液体复苏方案。记录患者的一般情况、诊断、受伤时间、损伤严重程度评分、治疗前后的凝血指标和复苏过程中出现的并发症。结果治疗前,对比治疗组与对照组的患者凝血指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的凝血时间较治疗前延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗前后凝血时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比较,其凝血功能得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液辅助治疗创伤失血性休克,可改善轻、中度休克患者凝血功能的高凝状态,纠正休克后期的凝血功能紊乱,以减少休克后期DIC的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenfu hemorrhagic shock. Methods There were 45 traumatic Injection on coagulation function among traumatic patients in patients with hemorrhagic shock observed retrospectively usied SPSS 13.0 statistical software. And they were divided into therapy group （15 cases） and control group （30 cases）.In this study, patients in therapy group got standard fluid resuscitation with Shenfu Injection. And patients in control group got standard fluid resuscitation only. Patients＇ characteristics, related diagnoses, the time of injury, Injury Severity Score, the results of blood sample tests and complications were recorded. Results There was no statistic significance between therapy group and control group before the related therapies （P 〉 0.05）.However, patients＇ time of clotting time in control group was longer after getting the therapy （P 〈 0.05）.There was no statistic significance in therapy group before and after the related therapies （P 〉 0.05）.However, patients in therapy group got better outcomes of coagu lation function （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu Injection could be used as assistant medicine in the therapy of traumatic patients in hemorrhagic shock, which may improve the coagulation function and decrease the risks of IMC.
