This article explains the theoretical origin of the professionalism and the professional life of Chinese surgeons. We suggest that extending the life of Chinese surgeon＇s career will significantly utilize the power of our experienced surgeons, and eventually benefit our society. We search the information of surgical experts and professors and based on our research,we develop a statistical analysis. Among all surgical experts and professors,the academicians have professsionalism better and longer professional life. We recommend the government to intensively support the improvement of our health policies. This will not only satisfy the public＇s growing need for a better health system,but also promote the development of our surgical career.
