机械通气在急危重症抢救中的作用

Mechanical ventilation in the emergency in treatment of critically ill patients

目的探讨机械通气对急危重症患者的临床治疗作用。方法回顾性分析我院2009年6月～2012年6月通过机械通气治疗的急危重症患者68例的临床资料。结果 65例患者成功脱机,患者撤机后的血气分析指标(PaO2、PaCO2)较机械通气前明显改善,与机械通气前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气治疗急危重症患者的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect emergency.
