摘要
目的探讨基层医院开展胎儿产前超声检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年2月-2012年1月在笔者所在医院经产前超声检查17610例孕妇的检查资料。结果共检出128例胎儿畸形，漏诊8例，漏诊率为5．88％。漏诊主要为心脏畸形、生殖器畸形及指趾畸形。结论基层医院严格执行产前超声筛查技术规程可有效地降低畸形儿的出生率及漏诊率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound examination of the fetal in primary hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2012, where the author＇s Hospital malformation after prenatal ultrasound screening examination data of 17610 cases of pregnant women, Results Among 128 cases of fetal malformation, 8 cases of missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis rate of 5.88%. The misdiagnosis were main heart malformations, genital malformations and digit malformations. Conclusion The primary hospitals should be in the strict implementation of prenatal ultrasound and screen technical regulations, can reduce effectively the birth rate and misdiagnosis of deformed children.
