摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定引阳索颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用ODSC18色谱柱(10μm,4.6×200mm),水-乙腈(71∶29,体积比)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温为30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在进样量0.2492μg~1.4952μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为99.57%,RSD为0.87%。结论:本方法操作简单,重现性好,可以作为该制剂的含量测定方法,适于质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of icariin in yinyangsuo granules. Methods: Separating column with ODS C18 was used in the experiment, and H20-acetonitrile (71:29) was used as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Column temperature was set as 30℃. Results: There was a good linear relation between the peak area and injected amount when the amount is 0.249 2μg-1.495 2μg (r= 0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.57%, RSD was 0.87%. Conclusion:The method is accurate, convenient and reproducible. The method can be applied for the determination of the content of icariin in Yinyangsuo granules. It can also be used in the quality control of Yinyangsuo granules.
