耐火度检测设备更新引发的标准修订研究

Study on the Standard Revisions Caused by the Renewal of Refractoriness Testing Equipment

针对目前新型耐火度试验炉与耐火度检测现行标准之间存在不相匹配的问题,在调研新型耐火度试验炉及现行标准的基础上,分析了耐火度检测标准修订工作的必要性,概述了耐火度目前的新型检测设备及方法,研究了标准修订过程中标准测温锥、栽锥位置、试验程序、试验结果及报告内容等标准要点,并提出了适应当前耐火度检测的修订方案。

In the light of the problem that the new-type refractoriness test furnace does not match with the current refractoriness test standards, and based on studying the new-type refractoriness test furnace and the current standards, this paper analyzes the necessity of refractoriness test standard revision work, expounds the new refractoriness test equipment and methods, studies some standard points such as the standard pyrometric cone, planted cone position, test procedures, test results, and report contents, etc., and puts forward a scheme of revision adapting to the current refractoriness test.
