摘要
目的:调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,以探讨心理压力的成因,为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果:不同任教科目、不同职称的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。结论:高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。
Objective The thesis aims to investigate the mental health statuses of part of college female teachers in our country, so as to explore the cause of their mental stress, and then provide a scientific base to improve their psychological health level. Methods The mental health statuses o f 1800 college female teachers were evaluated and analyzed by using Symptom checklist(SCL-90). Results There were statistical significance differences of the mental health evaluation between the college female teachers teaching different subjects and possessing with different professional titles. Conclusion Female teachers' psychological health statuses are not optimistic, and it is urgent to strengthen mental intervention as soon as possible.
