摘要
本院门诊部首创"门诊运作协调指挥中心"管理系统,利用"管理质控指标"严格考勤医师出诊,使大型医院医师考勤管理工作进一步标准化、信息化、公开化,促进医疗服务质量不断提升。
The "Operation and Coordination Command Center" system was taken, in which the "quality control index system" was used to check the physician attendance. With this new system, the check work will be of standardization, informatization and open.
