摘要
总务后勤保障社会化是医院整合资源、提高管理效能,实现经济利益和社会利益最大化的有效途径,而社会化后的监管问题一直是医院管理工作者热议话题。本文从分析目前国内医院后勤保障社会化存在的三种情况入手,结合自身多年医院管理工作经验和所在医院在后勤社会化监管方面的探索,提出后勤社会化和监管过程中应重点把好的四个关键方面,与同行相互交流、借鉴。
For the hospital, socialized logistics support is an effective measure to integrate the resources, improve management efficiency and the benefits. However, the nonstandard regulations on socialized support put off the development of the hospital logistics management. In the paper the author analyzed three main conditions exist- ing in the socialized logistics support, and discussed four key factors in such socialized logistics support.
