摘要
目的了解上海某儿童专科医院临床教师的带教意愿,探寻其主要影响因素。方法采用普查法对临床教师进行问卷调查,获合格样本126份。结果有带教意愿者占总人数82.5%;新鲜感、人际关系、职业态度,是影响临床教师带教意愿的最主要因素;此外临床教师付出与回报不成正比促使部分优秀临床教师流失。结论建议采取有效干预措施提高临床教师队伍的工作意愿,以保证临床医学教育质量。
Objective To know about clinical teachers' teaching willingness and to explore tors. Method We conducted a general survey, and then obtains 126 qualified samples. Results its impact fac- 82.5% of the clinical teachers were willing to engage in teaching medical students. Freshness, interpersonal relationship and pro- fessional attitudes were the most influential factors. In addition, pay much but get less contributed to the loss of some outstanding clinical teachers. Conclusion We should take necessary measures to prove clinical teachers' teaching willingness to ensure the quality of the medical education.
