U.S.Armed Service Blood Support System in Joint Operations

在战场上,失血是伤员可预防性死亡的首要原因,因此,输血对降低战伤死亡率具有非常重要的意义。本文阐述美军联合作战血液保障体制和血液保障内容,以及美军在伊拉克和阿富汗战争中血液保障的做法与经验。

In combat, hemorrhage is the leading cause of preventable death, therefore, transfusion plays a critical role in decreasing combat casualty morbidity and mortality. In the present paper the author analyzed blood support system and contents of U. S. army in joint operations, and investigated the blood support experiences of U.S. armed forces in Iraq and Afghanistan war.
