Study on Problem in Current Arrest Cases of Public Security Organs and its Countermeasures

当前,在检察机关审查公安机关提请批准逮捕的案件中,出现了诸如不捕率偏高、补查重报率低、逮捕案件处理不当等问题。这些问题的存在,对打击犯罪、保护人民的刑法目的的实现,造成了不利的影响。因此,对这些问题进行认真的分析,找出其存在的原因,并提出相应的解决措施,已成为检察机关与公安机关面临的紧迫问题。

With the rapid development of social economy, Chinese society is undergoing dramatic changes. At present, all kinds of criminal activities is very prominent and a number of problems occurred in the submitted request for approval of the arrest cases, such as the low capture rate, the low report rate, the improper handlingof arrests etc. The existence of these problems caused adverse effect on the purpose of fighting criminals and protecting people＇s criminal law. Therefore, these problems should be carefully analysed, the causes of its existence should be completely identified and the corresponding solutions should be put forward.
