辅助警察机构及其雇用的辅助警察,是新加坡警察部队的重要组成部分。关于辅助警察的规定,主要见于新加坡警察法第九部分和新加坡辅助警察条例。本文从辅助警察的设立、职权、管理三个方面入手,对新加坡辅助警察制度进行较为详细的介绍。
The Auxiliary Police Forces and the Auxiliary Police they hired compose the major part of Police Force of Singapore. The rules about the Auxiliary Police are mainly codified in the ninth part of the Police Force Act and the Auxiliary Police Forces Regulations. This article introduces the Auxiliary Police Forces System of Singapore, elaborating the administration of the Auxiliary Police Forces from the establishment, the function and power.
