网络环境下的公安文化建设探析

作为我国社会主义整体文化的重要组成部分和公安行业基本特征、要求及规范的深层体现和反映,公安文化既具有一般文化的基本特性,也具有公安行业自身的基本要求、特征和内涵;其既是公安行业发展的结果和体现,也是公安行业得以健康发展的灵魂和核心之所在。如今,随着信息社会、网络时代的到来,公安文化建设面临前所未有的巨大机遇和挑战。各公安部门及相关从业人员要从当前国内外信息网络发展的基本形势出发,进一步明晰公安文化建设的基本内涵及存在的主要问题和不足,并从提升公安从业人员信息素养、加强现代信息网络建设和利用、加强公安档案管理、加强公安文化创新、强化终身学习理念等多个层面着手,全面加强公安文化建设。

As an important part of China＇s overall socialist cuhure,and the deep reflection and embodiment of the basic characteristics, requirements and specifications of the public security industry, public security culture itself not only has the basic characteristics of the general culture, but also has the basic requirements, characteristics and content of the public security industry. It is both a result and the reflection of the development of public security industry, and the soul and the core of the public security industry＇s healthy development. Now, with the arrival of knowledge society, information society and network era, public security cultural construction is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The public security departments and practitioners should start from the development of current domestic and international information network, further define the basic connotation and the main problems and shortcomings of the public security cultural construction, and enhance information fiteracy of the public security employees, strengthen the construction and use of modem information network, stress public security f＇de management, public security cultural innovation and the concept of lifelong learning, so as to construct the public security culture in an all-round way.
