湖南高校法学本科人才培养问题与对策研究

The Problems and Countermeasures of Law Undergraduate Education

基于对湖南省30所高校法学本科人才培养情况的调研,发现湖南高校在法学本科人才培养方面存在培养目标定位不一致、学分学制不统一、专业方向设置欠合理、课程设置差异大、法律实践课程流于形式、未能妥善处理法学本科教育与司法考试的关系等问题。针对这些问题并结合湖南高校的具体实践,可以从以下几个方面进一步完善各高校的法学本科教育:准确定位培养目标;统一专业名称、学分和学制;优化课程体系和教师队伍;确保法律实践课程正常开设;正确处理法学本科教育与司法考试的关系。

Based on investigation of 30 universities＇ law undergraduate education in Hunan province, many pt.blems have been founded in raining objective, credit system, professional direction, curriculum settings, legal practice and justice examination. To solve these problems, combined with the specific practice in Hunan universities, efforts could be considered from the following aspects： further improving the law education ,accurate positioning the training target, unifying professional name and credit, strengthening the curriculum system and teachers＇ quality, providing legal practice course,and correctly handling the relationship between undergraduate legal education and judicial examination.
