变异型刺创的致伤工具研究

在公安机关刑侦部门常见的凶杀案中,对变异型刺创的致伤工具推断甚为困难,通过系统研究总结出变异型刺创的形成原理,达到推断致伤工具的目的。通过对邵阳地区近十年凶杀案的收集总结并结合动物模型实验进行归类归纳分析。总结出了常见单、双刃刺器形成的变异型刺创的一般特征,形成机理和分析方法。对变异型刺创的致伤工具分析需要逐类综合全面的分析损伤特征,尽可能还原损伤即时状态,并归类进行推理、判断。

In common murder case of the criminal investigation department of the public security organs, it is difficult to infer variant stab wound injury tools. Through a systenmtie study, we can conclude formative principle of variant stab wound and achieve the purpose of infering injured tool. Through the collection and summary of the murder cases in Shaoyang for nearly a decade, combined with animal model experiment, we summed up the general characteristics, the formation mechanism and the analysis methods of the common single-edged mid double-edged sharp weapon, and the analysis of variant stab injury tools should be a comprehensive analysis of damage characteristics, should restore the original status of the damage and then should classify, reason and judge the wound.
