急救车管理存在问题的分析及对策

Analysis of the issues in the ambulance management and the strategies

目的探讨急救车管理存在的问题并提出相应的对策。方法使用"五常法"质控标准,每季度不定期对全院所有护理单元的急救车进行检查。结果急救车质量管理存在的问题是:药品过期和混放、物品放置区域划分不明确、物品基数与实际存放不相符、标识不清晰和交接班记录不规范。结论实施规范化的管理可确保急救车的管理质量,进而提高急救车使用的有效性、安全性。

Objective To investigate the issues in ambulance management and summarize the strategies. Method The ambulances in all nursing units were checked using 5S method irregularly every season. Result Check and examinations over the ambulances detected the problems including inappropriate management on emergency drug, unclear division of areas for staff storage, no matching of the recorded number of staff with those actually stored, unclear labeling and un-standardized records on shifts. Conclusion Standardized management over ambulances may ensure high quality of management and improve the safety and effectiveness.
