曲妥珠单抗治疗胃癌的研究进展

Advances of HER-2 in Gastric Cancer treatment

胃癌在我国的发病率和死亡率均较高,手术、放疗和化疗为胃癌的标准治疗方法,尽管取得了明显的临床获益,但胃癌的总体预后仍很差。曲妥珠单抗是针对人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)设计的人源化单克隆抗体,近年由于HER-2的表达和功能在胃癌研究中取得了长足进展,因此广泛开展了基础和临床研究。本文就曲妥珠单抗在胃癌治疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Objective： The signal transduction ofHER-2 is closely associated with gastric cancer development.Some studies showed thatHER-2 on gastric cancer was over expressed,and it has become a satisfactory molecular target for gastric cancer treatment.In the article,chemical and pharmacological characteristics of trastuzumab and evidence for its clinical use in gastric cancer and some new studies are reviewed.
