改良背外侧手术入路治疗桡骨中上段骨折

Improvement of the Dorsolateral Operative Route in the Treatment of the Upper Radius Fractures

目的探索桡骨中上段骨折的手术入路。方法对2003-02～2010-04期间用改良背外侧手术入路治疗桡骨中上段骨折68例,进行总结。结果 68例中62例获2月-3年的随访,62例中无一例桡神经深支损伤,所有骨折均获得一期愈合,2例前臂旋后功能受限。结论改良背外侧手术入路治疗桡骨中上段骨折,显露容易,避免桡神经深支损伤,是可以推广的术式。

Objective To explore the operative route of the upper radius fractures ; Methods Summarize 68 cases in u- sing the modified operative route in the treatment of the upper radius fractures from February 2003 to April 2010 ; Results 62 of the 68 cases had follow-up visit for 2 months to 3 years, of which no one had deep branch of radial nerve injured, all received a healing fracture and the forearm of two cases had limited functions. Conclusion As a feasible operation type,it is possible to apply the modified operative route to the treatment of radial fractures be- cause it can avoid the radial nerve injury of deep branch.
