摘要
目的探讨肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测65例肺癌组织及其癌旁对照组中HMGB1和MMP-9的表达。结果非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中HMGB1及MMP-9阳性率明显高于其癌旁组织(P<0.05);HMGB1在肺鳞癌组织中阳性表达率高于腺癌组织,且其癌旁组织的阳性表达率也高于腺癌的癌旁组织(P<0.05);MMP-9在肺鳞癌组织中阳性表达率低于腺癌组织(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中HMGB1及MMP-9阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织(P<0.05);HMGB1及MMP-9在肺癌组织中的表达成正相关(P<0.05)。结论HMGB1和MMP-9的表达与肺癌组织病理类型和淋巴结转移有关,可作为肺癌转移、治疗和预后判断指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP -9 and HMGB1 in lung carcinoma tissue and their sighi- ficances . Methods The expression of HMP -9 and HMGB1 was detected in 65 lung carcinoma tissues and its para - cancerous normal lung tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of MMP - 9 and HMGBI in lung carcinlma tissues was significantly higher than that in para - cancerous normal lung tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The expression of HMGB1 was higher in squamous than that in adenocarcinoma carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ) and The expression of its para - cancerous normal lung tissues was higher than para - cancerous normal lung thssues of ade- nocarcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of MMP - 9 was lower in adenocarcinoma than than in squamous carci- noma ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of MMP -9 and HMGB in lung carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis was sighificantly higher than sthose without lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of HMGB1 had abviouspositive correlation with the expression of MMP- 9 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression rate of HMG B1 AND mmp -9 was correlated with lung cancer pathological types and lymph node metastasis, and can be an indication of lung cancer invasion, metastasis, prognosis and prognosis.
