摘要 缺血性脑卒中具有较高的发病率、致残率、死亡率及高复发率,颈动脉易损斑块是其发生主要原因之一。因此临床及早正确诊断易损斑块以及评估其致脑卒中风险,对于防治急性脑卒中发生具有重大意义。目前有超声、CT、MRI、脑血管造影等技术综合可以对易损斑块作出较准确诊断,近年来发展迅速的分子影像学等新技术也逐渐应用到临床。如创性血管内超声(ⅣUs)、光谱分析法、血管内镜和光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)等新技术应用于脑血管病研究在不断深入。采用计算机辅助分析系统能减少主观差错,提高准确率。 Objective ischemic stroke has a high incidence, morbidity, mortality and high rate of recurrence, the vul- nerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery is one of the main reasons for its occurrence. Therefore clinical early correct diagnosis of vulnerable plaque and assess its induced stroke risk, for the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral stroke is of great significance. There are currently ultrasound, CT, MRI, cerebral angiography and other technology can make accurat diagnosis of vulnerable plaque, in recent years the rapid development of molecular ima- ging and other new technology gradually applies to clinical. At present there are noninvasive intravascular ultrasound (UslV) ,spectral analysis,vascular endoscopy and optical coherence tomography (OCT)and other new technology applied in cerebral vascular disease research deepened. Using the computer aided analysis system can reduce sub- jective errors,improve the accurate rate.
