摘要
家庭暴力的存在对社会和谐而言无疑是一个严重的破坏性因素。通过对家庭暴力的特点及成因的探讨以及对其他国家有关家庭暴力的法律制度进行分析,进而对我国如何对家庭暴力进行法律规制提出建议,以期达到预防和制止家庭暴力。
Family violence is destructive to social harmony. Through an analysis of the characteristics and causes of family violence as well as the legal system regarding family violence in other countries, this paper proposes some ways for improving the Chinese law concerned in the hope of preventing and stopping family violence.
