摘要
面对民族区域自治制度的运行实践,立足理论认识层面,从新制度主义政治学视角出发,认为依靠制度、环境、制度相关人这三个民族区域自治制度研究的新基点来建立研究假设,构建民族区域自治制度的运行机制,将大大深化学术界对中国民族区域自治制度的理解。
This paper argues that system, environment and people related to system are the focuses for the construction of the operation mechanism for minority areas＇ autonomous ruling sys- tem in China.
