健美操专项课程教学内容改革研究

On the Teaching Content Reform of Aerobic Exercises

通过对贵州民族大学体育学院近三年健美操专项班毕业学生、贵阳市部分中小学健美操老师和健身俱乐部教练的就业情况以及近三年健美操专项课程的教学内容安排情况进行分析,发现教学内容的选择与安排方面存在不足,对此进行改革试验,效果较好。最后提出改善健美操专项课程教学内容体系的对策。

Through an analysis of aerobic exercises graduates from Guizhou Minzu University over the past three years, some aerobic exercises teachers in Guiyang＇ s primary and middle schools, the employment of aerobic exercises coaches in some beauty - building clubs and the curriculum of aerobic exercises over the past three years, this paper points out their advantages and disadvantages, and proposes some ways for improving teaching content.
