党员的选拔发展是高校思想政治教育工作的重中之重,建立一支优秀的学生党员骨干队伍,对加强高校思想政治教育有着重要的作用。本文分析了建立党员骨干队伍的重要性与紧迫性,从思想、学习、生活三个方面提出了党员骨干的基本要求,提出党员骨干的选拔发展要注重从学习骨干、学生骨干、社团骨干中挑选,要通过加强理论学习、开展实践活动、做好宣传工作、注重党校阵地等方式加强党员骨干的培养教育。
