摘要
胜任力理论作为对人力资源评价的新型工具,在各类人才测评和培养中已得到广泛应用。本文在分析了技能型创新人才内涵基础上,从胜任力、胜任力模型等基本理论入手,对高职院校技能型创新人才培养存在的问题予以分析,提出了基于胜任力的高职院校技能型创新人才培养对策。
Competency theory as a new tool for the evaluation of human resources, has been widely used in all kinds of talent evaluation and culture. On the foundation of the creative talents of skilled connotation, starting from the basic theory of competency, competency model to analyze the problem exists on the the vocational colleges skilled innovative talents, proposed competency-based vocational colleges skilled innovative talent cultivation countermeasures.
