本文运用SWOT分析法对湖南高职院校为湖南农村培养商贸类实用人才的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析,提出高职院校为湖南农村培养商贸类实用人才的对策与建议,促进湖南省农村实用人才培养模式的创新与完善。

This paper uses SWOT analysis for Hunan Higher Vocational Institutes to cultivate rural-commerce practical talents advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, proposed vocational colleges for the countermeasures and suggestions of Hunan rural culture business class practical talent, promote innovation and improvement of rural-commerce practical talents training model in Hunan Province.
