摘要
职业素养是一名职业人能否在职场中取得成功的关键。本文通过调查研究高职毕业生的就业质量的现状和原因以及用人单位对其职业素养的评价和期望,提出培养高职学生职业素养的对策,从而提高高职毕业生的就业质量。
It is the key for a man to be successful in the career to have the good professionalism. The paper comes up with the strategies improving the students＇ professionalism by researching the reasons of the quality of the employment and the evaluation from the boss to the students graduated from vocational college to improve the students＇ employment quality.
