历史视角下的美国教师专业规范研究

摘要 教师专业规范是指导教师在教育教学工作中所具有的专业知识与专业能力不断有效拓展的专业标准。本文在美国基础教育发展的背景下,沿着教师资格审查制度和教师教育这两条线索,从建立、形成、发展和新趋势四个方面,展开对教师专业规范过程的历史考察。 Teacher professional norms instructor teaching work has the expertise and professional ability to continue to effectively expand the professional standard. This article in the context of the development of basic education, two clues along the teacher qualification system and teacher education, from the establishment of the formation, development and new trends in four areas, expand the process of historical survey to teachers' professional norms.
