摘要
推进中国特色军事变革需要大量的专业化人才,客观上要求任职教育成为军队院校教育的主体,这也对军校教员素质提出了更高的要求。军校教员应该积极在教学实践中转变观念,注重掌握现代化教学方法,并不断强化自身素质。
It requires a lot of specialized personnel to promote military reform with Chinese characteristics and objective requirements worked on education as the main body of the military academies education, which also put forward higher requirements for the quality of the military academy faculty. Military Academy faculty should actively changing concepts in teaching practice, pay attention to grasp modern teaching methods and continue to strengthen their own quality.
