摘要
本文通过对高职院校思政理论课教师职业倦怠深入剖析,全面探讨思政理论课教师产生职业倦怠的成因,并针对课程特点从职业心理学角度,找出改进职业倦怠的对策和方法,从而提升教师职业胜任力,增强教学实效性。
By teachers burnout in vocational colleges ideological and political theory courses in-depth analysis, comprehensive study of the ideological and political theory courses teachers produce burnout causes, and course characteristics from professional psychological point of view, to identify the strategies and methods to improve burnoutso as to enhance the professional competence of teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness.
