摘要
地方高校行政管理专业人才培养在资源获取、就业机会、教师结构、学校特色方面不同于重点高校,因此需要结合自身条件设置独特的人才培养方案。然而,地方高校行政管理专业人才培养却陷入诸多误区,诸如过于强调普遍共性,疏于办学特色的建设;过于注重专业知识,忽视公共精神的培养;过于注重课堂教学,轻视实践能力的塑造。因此,通过认清差异,因地制宜,强化特色;传授知识,拓宽视野,形塑公心;创新实践,质量监控,提升能力等途径改善地方高校行政管理专业人才培养效果乃是有益的策略尝试。
Local college administration professionals training resources, employment opportunities, teachers structure, school characteristics different from the major colleges and universities, and therefore need to set its own conditions unique personnel training programs. However, the local colleges administrative professional personnel training has fallen into many errors, such as too much emphasis on the universal common negligent in the construction of school characteristics; too much emphasis on expertise, to neglect the cultivation of public spirit; too much emphasis on classroom teaching underestimate the practical ability to shape. Therefore, a clear understanding of the differences in local conditions, strengthen the specialty; impart knowledge, broaden horizons, shaping the public mind; innovative practices, quality control, new skills, and other ways to improve the local college administration professional personnel training effect but strategy attempts.
