摘要
STCW78/10公约于2012年1月1日生效。本文根据新公约的修订原则与内容,分析其对国内航海技术专业学生的新要求,提出航海技术专业的学生应该从航海英语综合能力、电子信息技术、环保意识和安保意识方面提高职业素养,为新公约的履约做好充分准备。
STCW78/10 Convention came into force in January 1, 2012, according to the new convention revising principles and contents, analyzes the effect of navigation students. The author proposes, the navigation students should improve occupation accomplishment in maritime English comprehensive ability, electronic information, the consciousness of environmental protection and security awareness, to prepare for the new Convention.
