摘要
为更加科学、合理地培养研究生干部,全面提升研究生综合素质,本文通过深入分析高校研究生干部激励存在的问题,以马洛斯五层次论及效用理论为基础,以波特-劳勤综合激励模型为原型,构建基于内在需求的个性化激励机制,并详细讨论了此激励方案的具体实施情况,为高校研究生干部队伍建设提供了新的途径。
For more scientific, reasonable cadres training graduate students, to enhance the postgraduate overall quality, this paper through in-depth analysis of the problems of college graduate cadres incentive, based on the utility theory and Maroussi five hierarchy theory, Potter Lawler comprehensive incentive model as the prototype, build personalized incentives based on internal demand, and a detailed discussion of a specific implementation of this incentive program, and provides a new way for the college graduate of cadres.
