硕士专业学位研究生驻外工作站组织建设探索

Exploration of Organizations Building of Overseas Workstations for Master Specialized Degree Graduate Students

教育部自2009招收全日制硕士专业学位研究生。而校企联合培养站地理位置上的过度分散等现实状况制约着其有序地进行组织建设,本文从驻外工作站的实际状况着手分析,以中国石油大学(北京)石油工程学院驻外工作站为例,提出了如何有序地进行工作站组织建设,如何有效地对工作站党支部强组织、增活力。

The Ministry of Education from 2009 to recruit full-time Master Degree. Excessive fragmentation on the geographic location of the school-enterprise cooperation culture station realities restricting its orderly organization building, proceed from the actual situation of the overseas workstation analysis to overseas workstations of the Institute of Petroleum Engineering of China University of Petroleum （Beijing） cases, proposed orderly workstation organizational building, how to effectively workstation party branch strong organization, and increase vitality.
