摘要 大学生职业生涯规划理念在高校学生中越来越普及,但职业生涯规划教育实效尚待进一步提高。笔者将以东莞理工学院(以下简称为"莞工")的职业规划大赛为例,分析在比赛与理论教学相结合、相互促进的过程中形成的系统教学实践模式,对提升大学生职业生涯规划教育实效有着重要作用。 Student Career Planning concept is becoming increasingly popular in the college students, but career planning education effectiveness has yet to be further improved. The author will be career planning contest Dongguan University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan University of Technology"), for example, analysis of the system in the game with the theory of teaching combined with each other to promote the process of teaching practice mode, has an important role to enhance the college students' career planning education effectiveness.
