以“赛”促“教”模式有利于提升大学生职业生涯规划教育实效——以东莞理工学院职业规划大赛为例

大学生职业生涯规划理念在高校学生中越来越普及,但职业生涯规划教育实效尚待进一步提高。笔者将以东莞理工学院(以下简称为"莞工")的职业规划大赛为例,分析在比赛与理论教学相结合、相互促进的过程中形成的系统教学实践模式,对提升大学生职业生涯规划教育实效有着重要作用。

Student Career Planning concept is becoming increasingly popular in the college students, but career planning education effectiveness has yet to be further improved.
