摘要
体育运动过程中极易发生运动损伤。产生运动损伤的原因是多方面的:没有预防运动损伤的意识、准备活动存在问题、技术动作训练水平的问题、运动负荷过大或组织与管理方法不当、训练者的生理和心理状态不良。消除运动损伤的最根本办法是预防,增加预防损伤意识,做好热身、放松、恢复、营养工作,合理安排教学、训练和比赛,加强易伤部位训练,加强运动中的保护,科学运动。
In the sports process, sports injuries can easily occur. There are many reasons for sports injuries: there is no awareness of the prevention of sports injuries, problems preparatory activities, the question of the level of training of the technical movements, the movement of the load is too large or the improper organization and management methods, adverse physical and psychological state of the trainer. The most fundamental way to eliminate sports injury prevention, increase awareness of injury prevention, good warm-up, relax, recovery, nutrition work, reasonable arrangements for teaching, training and competition, enhance training of easily-hurt parts, strengthen protection movement, scientific movement.
