摘要 基于ADAMS建立了输弹机的虚拟样机模型,并进行了VV&A验证。通过仿真得到了链板在正常和强化试验工况下的载荷谱。在ANSYS中对链板进行有限元分析,得到了链板的应力分布。以载荷谱和应力分布为依据,利用ANSYS/FE_SAFE疲劳分析模块计算得到了链板的疲劳寿命,获得了链板在各强化试验工况下的强化系数,为基于疲劳的可靠性强化试验提供了有益参考。 A kind of virtual prototype model based on ADAMS was established, and the VV^A validation was carried out. The contact load spectrum of chain joint was obtained by means of simulation under both common and enhanced test conditions. Finite element analysis o{ chain joint was performed in ANSYS so as to acquire the stress distribution. Taking the load spectrums and stress distribution as basis, the fatigue life of the chain joint and enhancement coefficient were obtained under the condition of calculation of ANSYS/FE SAFE. The study results can provide the good reference for reliability enhancement test based on fatigue.
