不同负载条件下电磁弹射系统恒推力优化

Optimization of Constant Force in Electromagnetic Launchers Under Different Loads

摘要 电磁弹射器在弹射不同质量的负载时,控制策略需要进行调整,尽可能保证效率高、推力波动小。分析了在不同负载、末速度下所需推力,建立了无刷直线直流电机数学模型,分析了速度、电压和占空比对推力的影响。提出了采用调节电压、占空比对速度引起的推力下降进行补偿和电压占空比的大小采用直接搜索的方法获得,相比解析方法,计算量小、计算过程简单。最后通过仿真,验证了分析的正确性和算法的可行性。 When the loads in different masses were launched,the control strategy has to be adjusted so as to keep high efficiency and low force ripple.The requirement of force was deduced under different final velocities and loads.The mathematical model of brushless DC linear motor was established,and the influence of velocity,voltage,and duty cycle on force were analyzed.A kind of method was proposed to compensate the decrease of force by means of adjusting voltage and duty cycle,the voltage and duty cycle were calculated by use of the direct search.At last,with the help of simulation,the analysis correctness and feasibility of the algorithm were verified.
