摘要 为了较好地掌握某火炮自动装填系统中协调器在工作过程中的应力和变形情况,利用有限元软件ANSYS,模拟真实工况,对其分别进行了静力分析、模态分析和瞬态动力学分析。通过分析初步了解了该协调臂的固有模态以及各个位置时的受力和变形情况。研究结果表明:协调器在低价固有频率下的变形主要为弯曲变形;协调器支臂在工作过程中的应力和应变均符合要求,其分析结果为确定危险点位置和对协调臂进行优化设计等提供了理论依据。 In order to nicely master the inner stress and deformation of coordinator in an automatic loading system during the process of working,static,modal and transient dynamic analysis were performed by use of the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the real working conditions.Natural modal,stress and deformation of coordinator in different places were understood with the aid of analysis.The studying results indicated that the major deformation of coordinator in the lower natural frequencies was bending deformation,both the stress and deformation of coordinator in the process of working can meet the requirements,and the analysis results can provide the theory basis for determining the places of dangerous points and optimization design of coordinator.
