摘要
针对某型通用机枪首发装填困难的问题,利用有限元理论,求解了枪弹的脱弹过程;利用AD-AMS动力学模型等效的方式,求解了拨弹过程中拨弹板的受力;以拨弹板所受力的最大值最小为目标,以不增加拨弹板做功为约束条件,对隔弹齿参数进行了优化,使拨弹板受力的最大值减小了17.4%,且优化后的受力变化较平稳,为解决该枪首发装填困难提供了有效方法。
Against the difficulty of first-round loading of a machine gun,the discarding bullet process is calculated by using the theory of finite element.The force of belt feed slide is also solved by using equivalent model which is built in ADAMS.Taking the maximum of force of belt feed slide as object function,taking the apply work of belt feed slide as constraint condition,the parameter of cartridge separating pawl is optimized.After optimizing,the object function reduces 17.4% and the force changes smoothly.Then a effective method is provided to deal with the difficulty of first-round loading of this gun.
